The role available is designed for driven and dependable cooks eager to support a Michelin-level kitchen environment. Regardless of level, whether just starting or with a couple of years of experience, candidates will bring focus, consistency, and a strong desire to grow and refine their skills. The position involves supporting mise en place and service functions across multiple stations, including rotating through pastry prep, pastry line assistance, bread making support, and general back-of-house duties. Employees will collaborate closely with the Pastry Chef and CDPs during mise and service to maintain clean workstations, follow strict food safety protocols, organize and rotate inventory and dry goods, and support daily cleaning and deep sanitation procedures.
