Job Duties

  • Execute all pastry duties including bread dough making and chocolate service
  • assist CDPs and Pastry Chef during mise en place and service
  • maintain clean workstations and adhere to food safety protocols
  • organize and rotate inventory and dry goods
  • support daily cleaning and deep sanitation procedures
  • prepare basic station prep
  • rotate between pastry prep, pastry line assistance, bread making support, and general back-of-house duties
