Job Duties
- Execute all pastry duties including bread dough making and chocolate service
- assist CDPs and Pastry Chef during mise en place and service
- maintain clean workstations and adhere to food safety protocols
- organize and rotate inventory and dry goods
- support daily cleaning and deep sanitation procedures
- prepare basic station prep
- rotate between pastry prep, pastry line assistance, bread making support, and general back-of-house duties
