The current job opening for a Commercial Lines Account Manager offers a remote, long-term position designed for candidates with a strong background in Property and Casualty insurance. In this role, you will manage client accounts for independent retail brokers, focusing on strengthening client relationships through exceptional customer service and insurance expertise. Job Requirements
- 25 years of full-time work experience
- 10 most current years of commercial lines property and casualty insurance experience
- Ability to work full-time or part-time remotely
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home workspace
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be able to use agency management systems such as EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or Hawksoft
Job Qualifications
- Extensive experience in commercial lines property and casualty insurance
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with independent agency management systems, preferably EPIC
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Effective organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proven track record in managing client accounts and insurance documentation
Job Duties
- Manage commercial lines client accounts with a focus on building and strengthening relationships by providing exceptional customer service
