The current job opening for a Commercial Lines Account Manager offers a remote, long-term position designed for candidates with a strong background in Property and Casualty insurance. In this role, you will manage client accounts for independent retail brokers, focusing on strengthening client relationships through exceptional customer service and insurance expertise. You will be responsible for preparing insurance applications, marketing new and renewal risks, reviewing contracts, and issuing Certificates of Insurance (COIs). Coordination with underwriters to obtain quotes, bind coverage, and issue policies will form a significant part of your duties. Furthermore, the role requires a thorough review of policies, binders, and endorsements to ensure accuracy and completeness.

The role especially suits individuals experienced with agency management systems such as EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta, or Hawksoft, with a high demand noted for EPIC system expertise.
