Job Requirements
- 25 years of full-time work experience
- 10 most current years of commercial lines property and casualty insurance experience
- Ability to work full-time or part-time remotely
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home workspace
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be able to use agency management systems such as EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or Hawksoft
Job Qualifications
- Extensive experience in commercial lines property and casualty insurance
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with independent agency management systems, preferably EPIC
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Effective organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proven track record in managing client accounts and insurance documentation
Job Duties
- Manage commercial lines client accounts with a focus on building and strengthening relationships by providing exceptional customer service
- Prepare applications and market new and renewal risks
- Responsible for contract review and issuance of Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
- Coordinate with underwriters to obtain quotes, bind coverage and issue policies
- Review policies, binders, and endorsements for accuracy and completeness
- Use agency management systems such as EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or Hawksoft for account management
