Job Requirements

  • 25 years of full-time work experience
  • 10 most current years of Commercial Lines Property and Casualty insurance experience
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in insurance management software
  • Good communication skills
  • Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and professionalism

Job Qualifications

  • Commercial Lines Property and Casualty insurance expertise
  • Experience with EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or Hawksoft management systems preferred
  • Strong customer service and account management skills
  • Ability to review and process insurance contracts and certificates
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts effectively
  • Adaptability to remote work environment

Job Duties

  • Manage Commercial Lines client accounts with the focus on building and or strengthening relationships by providing exceptional customer service
  • Prepare applications and market new and renewal risks
  • Responsible for contract review and issuance of Certificates of Insurance (COI's)
  • Coordinate with underwriters to obtain quotes, bind coverage and issue policies
  • Review policies, binders, and endorsements for accuracy and completeness
  • Utilize agency management systems like EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or Hawksoft for account management
  • Maintain thorough communication with clients and underwriters to ensure smooth policy administration
