Job Requirements
- 25 years of full-time work experience
- 10 most current years of Commercial Lines Property and Casualty insurance experience
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in insurance management software
- Good communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and professionalism
Job Qualifications
- Commercial Lines Property and Casualty insurance expertise
- Experience with EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or Hawksoft management systems preferred
- Strong customer service and account management skills
- Ability to review and process insurance contracts and certificates
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts effectively
- Adaptability to remote work environment
Job Duties
- Manage Commercial Lines client accounts with the focus on building and or strengthening relationships by providing exceptional customer service
- Prepare applications and market new and renewal risks
- Responsible for contract review and issuance of Certificates of Insurance (COI's)
- Coordinate with underwriters to obtain quotes, bind coverage and issue policies
- Review policies, binders, and endorsements for accuracy and completeness
- Utilize agency management systems like EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or Hawksoft for account management
- Maintain thorough communication with clients and underwriters to ensure smooth policy administration
