This role centers around the Commercial Lines Account Manager position, where candidates will manage client accounts for independent retail broker clients within the Property & Casualty sector. The responsibilities involve strengthening client relationships through exceptional customer service, preparing insurance applications, marketing new and renewal risks, and coordinating with underwriters to bind coverage and issue policies. The role also includes contract reviews and issuing Certificates of Insurance (COIs), ensuring precision and accuracy in policy administration.

WAHVE looks for professionals with a minimum of 25 years of full-time work experience, including at least 10 years in the most recent Commercial Lines Property & Casualty insurance practice. Candidates familiar with popular independent agency management systems such as EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta, or Hawksoft are highly preferred, especially those proficient in EPIC, which is currently in high demand. Job Requirements

  • 25 years of full-time work experience
  • 10 most current years of commercial lines property and casualty insurance experience
  • experience using EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta or Hawksoft independent agency management systems preferred
