Job Description

WAHVE is a pioneering company dedicated to transforming the traditional retirement model by offering seasoned insurance professionals the opportunity to continue their careers remotely, allowing for a seamless transition into retirement. Specializing in connecting experienced insurance talent with renowned property and casualty independent retail brokerage firms, WAHVE provides a unique platform that supports flexible, long-term employment from the comfort of home. This innovative approach enables professionals to choose either full-time or part-time work schedules, emphasizing work-life balance without the need for a daily commute or office-related stress. With a strong commitment to quality customer service and preserving industry knowledge, WAHVE fosters a supportive and professional environment where its team members are highly valued and empowered to make a meaningful impact in their roles.

The role available at WAHVE focuses on Commercial Lines Account Management, specifically designed for individuals with extensive experience in Commercial Lines Property & Casualty insurance. These positions involve managing client accounts for independent retail brokers, with core responsibilities including maintaining and strengthening client relationships through exceptional customer service. Key tasks include preparing insurance applications, marketing new and renewal risks, conducting meticulous contract reviews, and issuing Certificates of Insurance. Account managers also liaise with underwriters to secure quotes, bind coverage, and process policy documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness throughout all procedures. Preference is given to candidates familiar with industry-standard agency management systems such as EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta, or Hawksoft, with a current high demand for EPIC proficiency.

This opportunity is specifically tailored for seasoned professionals who have accumulated at least 25 years of full-time work experience, including a minimum of ten recent years in Commercial Lines Property & Casualty insurance. The compensation ranges from $25.00 to $28.00 per hour, coupled with an appealing benefits package that includes health insurance eligibility and a 401(k) plan with a 4% match. WAHVE's remote positions are ideal for insurance veterans seeking to balance their expertise with personal flexibility, offering a chance to retire from the traditional office environment while continuing meaningful work in a dynamic, virtual team setting. Candidates eager to leverage their significant insurance experience in a flexible work-from-home arrangement will find WAHVE's positions both rewarding and accommodating, promoting professional longevity and personal well-being.
