- 25 years of full-time work experience
- 10 most current years of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty insurance experience
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
- Proficiency with independent agency management systems preferred
- Strong computer skills and internet access
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality customer service
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 25 years of full-time work experience
- At least 10 most current years of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty insurance experience
- Proficiency with agency management systems like EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta, or Hawksoft preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities
Job Duties
- Manage Commercial Lines client accounts with the focus on building and/or strengthening relationships by providing exceptional customer service
- Prepare applications and market new and renewal risks
- Responsible for contract review and issuance of Certificates of Insurance (COI's)
- Coordinate with underwriters to obtain quotes, bind coverage and issue policies
- Review policies, binders, and endorsements for accuracy and completeness
- Utilize agency management systems such as EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta, or Hawksoft to manage accounts
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all client interactions and transactions
