Job Requirements

  • 25 years of full-time work experience
  • 10 most current years of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty insurance experience
  • Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency with independent agency management systems preferred
  • Strong computer skills and internet access
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to providing high-quality customer service

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 25 years of full-time work experience
  • At least 10 most current years of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty insurance experience
  • Proficiency with agency management systems like EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta, or Hawksoft preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities

Job Duties

  • Manage Commercial Lines client accounts with the focus on building and/or strengthening relationships by providing exceptional customer service
  • Prepare applications and market new and renewal risks
  • Responsible for contract review and issuance of Certificates of Insurance (COI's)
  • Coordinate with underwriters to obtain quotes, bind coverage and issue policies
  • Review policies, binders, and endorsements for accuracy and completeness
  • Utilize agency management systems such as EPIC, AMS360, Sagitta, or Hawksoft to manage accounts
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all client interactions and transactions
