Job Requirements
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work overtime and participate in on-call rotations
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- ability to climb ladders and access rooftops comfortably
- ability to use hand tools and electronic devices regularly
- able to work in tight or elevated spaces indoors and outdoors
- ability to handle exposure to weather, electrical equipment, and commercial machinery
- able to wear protective equipment such as helmet, goggles, and boots
- ability to perform regular bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- industry certifications a plus
- strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting abilities
- ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- strong communication and organizational skills
- positive attitude, high energy, and commitment to craftsmanship
- able to handle physical demands and field conditions
Job Duties
- performing service, repair, installation, and maintenance on various commercial kitchen equipment including refrigeration
- diagnosing mechanical, electronic, and electrical issues and making repairs to manufacturer specifications
- coordinating daily schedules with dispatch and communicating delays or changes professionally
- managing accurate and detailed electronic work orders and documentation using a company-issued iPad
- answering customer questions, identifying additional service needs, and delivering exceptional customer experience
- participating in rotating on-call shifts for emergency service needs
- maintaining company vehicle, tools, and inventory to high standards
- attending ongoing technical training to stay updated with industry advancements
- reporting safety concerns and identifying potential new business opportunities
- supporting team culture of service, excellence, and safety
