The company prides itself on delivering superior customer service, employing skilled technicians and providing them with unmatched training, competitive benefits, and a supportive culture that values hard work and expertise. Nextech's commitment to continuous improvement and innovation makes it the go-to service partner for a diverse range of commercial clients, including restaurants, hotels, and food service facilities, ensuring their kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.

The role of Commercial Kitchen Equipment (CKE) Technician at Nextech is pivotal to upholding the company's reputation for timely and reliable equipment servicing. This full-time position offers a compensation range of $25.00 to $50.00 per hour, reflecting the technician's skill and experience. As a CKE Technician, you will independently diagnose, repair, maintain, and install a broad array of commercial kitchen equipment. Your duties will involve troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and electronic components, coordinating closely with dispatch for scheduling, maintaining detailed documentation through digital tools, and delivering an outstanding customer experience by addressing client questions and identifying additional service opportunities.

Additionally, Nextech supports its technicians with a fully equipped company vehicle, gas card, and tool allowance to ensure they have the resources needed for efficiency and safety. You will benefit from starting your workday from your home, paid port-to-port travel time, as well as opportunities for professional growth including paid training, certifications, and education reimbursement. The company's comprehensive benefits package emphasizes health and wellness, offering multiple health plans, dental and vision coverage shortly after hire, life insurance, a 401(k) plan with a generous company match, and optional supplemental insurance coverages.

This physically active role requires the ability to lift heavy equipment, work at heights, and manage the demands of fieldwork in varying environments. Nextech's culture encourages teamwork, safety, and excellence, making it an ideal environment for technicians who are passionate about their craft and dedicated to exceptional service. If you are seeking a career path with growth potential, excellent pay, and a rewarding work environment that values your expertise, Nextech is the place to thrive.
