The role of Commercial Kitchen Equipment (CKE) Technician at Nextech is pivotal to maintaining the standards of service excellence the company is known for. Job Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and manage your day effectively
  • Comfortable working overtime and on-call rotations
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and high energy
  • Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces
  • Willingness to wear protective equipment and work in various weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily schedule effectively
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Performing service, repair, installation, and maintenance on commercial kitchen equipment
  • Diagnosing mechanical, electronic, and electrical issues and repairing to manufacturer specifications
  • Coordinating daily schedules with dispatch and communicating delays professionally
  • Managing accurate electronic work orders and documentation using company-issued tools
  • Answering customer questions and identifying additional service needs
  • Participating in rotating on-call shifts for emergency services
  • Maintaining company vehicle, tools, and inventory to high standards
  • Attending ongoing technical training
  • Reporting safety concerns and identifying new business opportunities
  • Supporting a culture of service, excellence, and safety
