Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic automotive knowledge
- Physical ability to lift and deliver merchandise
- Willingness to work a flexible full-time schedule including evenings and weekends
- Adherence to safety and company driving policies
- Ability to operate and maintain company vehicles safely
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply
- Possess a valid driver’s license and adhere to AutoZone’s driver safety requirements
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts
- Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise
- Full-time flexible schedule availability including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred
- Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English is a plus
- Previous experience in automotive retail is desirable
- A valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement is a plus
Job Duties
- Deliver WOW customer service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services
- Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships
- Maintain efficient delivery operations, meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies
- Drive company-provided vehicles, ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers
- Load and unload parts accurately per route schedules
- Collect returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors
- Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment
- Process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies
- Stay updated on promotions and automotive products through AutoZone systems
- Maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly
