Job Requirements
- minimum age requirement must be at least 18 years old to apply
- valid driver's license and safety compliance must possess a valid driver’s license and adhere to autozone’s driver safety requirements to ensure responsible and secure vehicle operation
- basic knowledge of automotive parts is required
- ability to lift load and deliver merchandise
- full-time flexible schedule availability including mornings nights weekends and overtime as needed
Job Qualifications

- high school diploma or equivalent (ged)
- strong people skills and effective communication in both spanish and english
- previous experience in automotive retail
- a valid hazardous materials (hazmat) endorsement is a plus
Job Duties
- deliver wow customer service by engaging with commercial customers and diy shoppers providing clear and professional automotive advice and offering installation services
- work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts ensuring smooth team collaboration and strong customer relationships
- maintain efficient delivery operations meeting time and accuracy goals while following company policies
- drive company-provided vehicles ensuring safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers load and unload parts accurately per route schedules
- collect returns cores and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors
- adhere to ppe guidelines and fleet safety policies to maintain a safe driving and working environment
- process customer payments securely and in accordance with company policies
- stay updated on promotions and automotive products through autozone systems maintain delivery vehicles and report any issues promptly
