- prior experience in commercial cleaning preferred but not required
- ability to work efficiently and independently
- strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- excellent time management skills
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
- availability to work full-time hours during daytime shifts
- must have own transportation and valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- clean and sanitize restrooms including toilets, sinks, and floors
- empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
- clean and maintain common areas including lobbies, hallways, and break rooms
- monitor and replenish cleaning and restroom supplies
- assist with minor maintenance tasks as needed
- adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
- report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly
