Job Requirements

previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred but not required
must have a reliable vehicle and valid drivers license
hard work and motivation are a must
must have a reliable smart phone
great communication skills
commercial cleaning can be tiring: you must be able to consistently lift 20 lbs, bend, kneel, and twist while performing the necessary cleaning duties throughout the day
must be willing to provide criminal and background check
ability to work in a team or solo
drive to and from locations based on scheduling
clean reachable areas in businesses with use of a two-step ladder
keep equipment clean and always in ready to use conditions
attention to details

Job Duties

perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the assigned commercial spaces
dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
vacuum carpets and mop floors in offices, lobbies, and other areas
clean and restock restrooms
empty trash and recycling bins, transporting waste to disposal areas
follow all health and safety regulations
use and maintain assigned cleaning equipment and materials properly
report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner
clean reachable areas in businesses with use of a two-step ladder
drive to and from locations based on scheduling
