Job Requirements
- Have at least one year of experience in commercial cleaning
- Experience with floor scrubbing or buffing machines
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
- Smartphone for managing daily routes
- Strong integrity and work ethic
- Availability for a Monday-Friday schedule (5 am - 1 pm) with optional weekend or evening shifts

Job Duties
- Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, and other floor care equipment to maintain polished, professional surfaces
- Perform window cleaning, pressure washing, and specialized commercial cleaning services
- Deliver thorough sanitation services in restrooms and high-traffic areas at local businesses
- Follow Enviro-Master's proven cleaning protocols to ensure top-notch cleanliness and safety
- Manage daily routes efficiently using a smartphone for communication and scheduling
- Maintain equipment and report any needed repairs or supplies
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships
