Job Duties

  • Keep an eye on ovens and kitchen machinery to ensure the precise cooking periods and heat settings are maintained
  • Comply with regulations concerning food safety and sanitation protocols, such as appropriate food storage, maintaining personal cleanliness, and ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen area
  • Prepare and dismantle workstations in accordance with kitchen protocols
  • Guarantee consistent food quality and standards with each batch prepared throughout the working period
