The company is currently seeking a talented and experienced Baker to join its Phoenix, AZ plant. This on-site role involves developing innovative baked goods, improving existing recipes, and refining manufacturing processes to ensure cost efficiency and product excellence. The ideal candidate will be a creative professional with expertise in batter and laminate dough products, capable of moving projects swiftly from the prototype phase to market-ready production. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively, as the role requires hands-on bench baking as well as teamwork across departments.

In this role, the Baker will play a crucial part in managing the entire product development lifecycle, including formulation, plant trials, and successful transition to full production. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed product documentation that meets regulatory and quality standards and collaborating with other teams, including sales, quality assurance, and purchasing, to ensure alignment with company objectives and product goals.
