Job Duties
- Retrieve orders from storeroom and verify accuracy with personnel
- cut, slice, and peel perishable garnishes and fruits
- mix and pour juices according to business needs
- maintain cleanliness of bar, beer lockers, refrigeration and storage
- prepare, mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks per hotel recipes
- assist bartender in maintaining supplies like stir sticks and napkins
- transport and perform routine maintenance on beer kegs and soda tanks
- scoop and replenish ice for service areas
- box and save empty liquor bottles for returns
- handle cash transactions, verify charges, and maintain balanced cash bank
