This role goes beyond simply washing dishes; it includes tasks such as alerting servers when guests need attention, cleaning tables promptly after guests leave, and actively maintaining a clean workspace by sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash. The Dishwasher also helps transport soiled dishes to and from the dish area efficiently throughout their shift.

This role demands physical endurance as employees will be expected to stand or walk for extended periods, typically across 8-hour shifts, and have the ability to lift at least 50 pounds. Our dishwashers contribute significantly to the overall guest experience by ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of the dining area, allowing servers and cooks to focus on guest engagement and food preparation.
