Candidates should be at least 18 years old, legally authorized to work in the United States without needing visa sponsorship, and capable of performing physical tasks such as lifting up to 70 pounds. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is expected. While not mandatory, having a valid Driver’s License, a high school diploma or GED, and bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are considered advantageous.
