The role of Color Mixer Specialist at Sherwin-Williams, based at Store #7160 located at 1339 N Garnett Rd Ste B, Tulsa, OK 74116-2035, involves tinting and mixing paint to customer specifications, working closely with wholesale customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Sherwin-Williams products.   • willing to work all scheduled hours including evenings and weekends
  • have a valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • have at least a high school diploma or GED
  • possess at least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
  • have experience selling paint and paint-related products
  • have experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
  • ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
  • ability to communicate in Spanish

Job Duties

  • Prepare customers' paint orders quickly and accurately
  • tint and mix products to customer specifications
  • prepare drawdowns for submittal to customers
  • clean, fill, and repair equipment as needed
  • maintain precise work order files and formulas
  • pull appropriate products from sales floor or warehouse
  • stock shelves and set up displays
  • clean store equipment
  • load/unload delivery trucks
  • assist in making deliveries as needed
  • assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products
  • process sales transactions accurately
  • maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas
  • remain knowledgeable on products offered
  • comply with inventory control procedures
  • suggest ways to improve sales
