Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- legally authorized to work without sponsorship
- able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally
- willing to work scheduled hours including evenings and weekends

- must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship
- able, with or without accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally
- willing to work all scheduled hours including evenings and weekends
- have a valid, unrestricted driver's license
- have at least a high school diploma or GED
- possess at least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
- have experience selling paint and paint-related products
- have experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
- ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
- ability to communicate in Spanish
Job Duties
- Prepare customers' paint orders quickly and accurately
- tint and mix products to customer specifications
- prepare drawdowns for submittal to customers
- clean, fill, and repair equipment as needed
- maintain precise work order files and formulas
- pull appropriate products from sales floor or warehouse
- stock shelves and set up displays
- clean store equipment
- load/unload delivery trucks
- assist in making deliveries as needed
- assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products
- process sales transactions accurately
- maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas
- remain knowledgeable on products offered
- comply with inventory control procedures
- suggest ways to improve sales
