Job Requirements
- 2+ years general manager experience in a college bar concept
- 4+ years experience working in college bar nightlife
- Sales volume of 3m+
- Incredible leadership mentality leading with integrity and genuine care for others
- Ability to work on your own with minimal supervision
- Ability to work late nights
- Must have patience and a teamwork mentality
- Willingness to learn and grow as part of the organization
- Do-whatever-it-takes and outside-the-box mentality
- Must be loyal to staying in Tallahassee and being a part of company growth
- Basic knowledge of google workspace email excel
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years general manager experience in a college bar concept
- 4+ years experience working in college bar nightlife
- Knowledge of sales management exceeding 3 million
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience working late nights
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace and Excel
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
Job Duties
- Oversee multiple bar units and their operations simultaneously
- Manage staff scheduling and team leadership
- Ensure sales goals of over 3 million are consistently met
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Handle late-night operations and maintain quality of life balance
- Develop and implement strategic growth plans
- Lead by example with integrity and excellent customer service
