Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a kitchen environment preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must adhere to food safety guidelines
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- May require lifting up to 50 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a cold station cook or similar culinary role
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Job Duties
- Prepare, cook and assemble cold food items, salads and cold appetizers
- Prepare hot and cold desserts
- Stock the alley and line with necessary items to complete orders on time
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold station
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely food preparation
- Adhere to health and safety protocols for team members and guests
