The Capital Grille is currently seeking a Cold Station Cook to join their team. The Cold Station Cook will also be responsible for prepping and preparing food items offered in the restaurant, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring timely completion of all orders. Upholding the restaurant’s strict food safety and sanitation standards is a crucial part of this position to guarantee the safety and satisfaction of all guests and team members. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food preparation or a cold station cook position
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety in the workplace

Job Duties
- Prepare cook and assemble all cold food items salads cold appetizers and hot and cold desserts offered in the restaurant
- Prepping and preparing all food items offered in the restaurant
- Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld for guest safety
- Maintain clean sanitized and safe restaurant environment
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional service
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
