Job Duties

  • Prepare, cook and assemble all cold food items including salads, cold appetizers, and hot and cold desserts
  • Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
  • Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
  • Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen work areas
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and high-quality service
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs
