Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food preparation or culinary field preferred
  • Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Prepare, cook and assemble all cold food items such as salads, cold appetizers, and desserts
  • Prep and prepare all other food items offered in the restaurant
  • Stock the alley and line with necessary items to complete orders on time
  • Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are adhered to for guest safety
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold station and kitchen areas
  • Work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional service and food quality
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols including team member wellness and sanitation practices
