Job Duties
- Prepare, cook and assemble all cold food items including salads, cold appetizers and desserts
- Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
- Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
- Maintain clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely order completion
- Follow health regulations and team member wellness initiatives
