We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Cold Station Cooks. This role is pivotal in maintaining the quality and presentation standards that The Capital Grille is renowned for. As a Cold Station Cook, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and assembling all cold food items, including salads, cold appetizers, as well as hot and cold desserts offered in our restaurant. The position may also encompass prep and preparation of all food items, depending on daily requirements. A key responsibility includes stocking the alley and line with necessary items to ensure orders are completed on time without sacrificing quality. Maintaining strict food safety and sanitation standards is essential in this role to guarantee guest safety and adherence to health regulations.
This is an hourly wage position with pay ranging from $17.95 to $24.75 per hour. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous kitchen or food preparation experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure
- Good physical stamina
