Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food preparation or culinary environment
  • knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • capability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a cold station cook or similar role
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • attention to detail in food preparation
  • basic culinary training or certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare cook and assemble cold food items including salads cold appetizers and desserts
  • prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
  • stock the alley and line with necessary items to complete orders on time
  • ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are maintained
  • uphold team member wellness and restaurant cleanliness
  • collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation
  • maintain inventory and food storage according to guidelines
