Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food preparation or culinary environment
- knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Prepare cook and assemble cold food items including salads cold appetizers and desserts
- prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
- stock the alley and line with necessary items to complete orders on time
- ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are maintained
- uphold team member wellness and restaurant cleanliness
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation
- maintain inventory and food storage according to guidelines
