Job Duties

  • prepare, cook and assemble all cold food items including salads, cold appetizers and desserts
  • prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
  • stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
  • ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
  • maintain a clean and sanitized work environment
  • work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • adhere to company health and safety policies
