Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in food preparation or cooking
knowledge of food safety regulations
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

Prepare, cook and assemble all cold food items, salads, cold appetizers, and hot and cold desserts
prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
maintain a clean and sanitized work environment
collaborate with kitchen and service staff for timely order fulfillment
adhere to health and safety protocols
