We are currently seeking a dedicated Cold Station Cook to join our culinary team. This role is essential in maintaining the high quality and timely preparation of the restaurant's cold food items, salads, appetizers, and desserts. As a Cold Station Cook, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and assembling a variety of cold dishes offered on our menu. In addition, you will assist in food prep activities, stock your station to ensure smooth service flow, and uphold strict food safety and sanitation standards. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a culinary role, preferably as a cold station cook
- Familiarity with food safety standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills

- Previous experience as a cold station cook or similar culinary role
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Prepare, cook and assemble all cold food items, salads, cold appetizers and hot and cold desserts
- Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
- Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld for guest safety
- Maintain clean and sanitized workstations
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in maintaining inventory and food storage practices
