Job Requirements

- Prior experience in a culinary role, preferably as a cold station cook
- Familiarity with food safety standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- Prepare, cook and assemble all cold food items, salads, cold appetizers and hot and cold desserts
- Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
- Stock the alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld for guest safety
- Maintain clean and sanitized workstations
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist in maintaining inventory and food storage practices
