Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food preparation or cooking preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Strong commitment to food safety and sanitation
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Prepare, cook and assemble cold food items including salads, cold appetizers and desserts
  • Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant as needed
  • Stock the alley and line with items required for completing orders on time
  • Ensure adherence to proper food safety and sanitation standards
  • Maintain clean, safe and sanitized work stations
  • Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Uphold team member wellness and safety practices
