Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food preparation or cooking preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Strong commitment to food safety and sanitation
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties
- Prepare, cook and assemble cold food items including salads, cold appetizers and desserts
- Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant as needed
- Stock the alley and line with items required for completing orders on time
- Ensure adherence to proper food safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain clean, safe and sanitized work stations
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Uphold team member wellness and safety practices
