Job Duties
- Prepare, cook and assemble cold food items including salads and cold appetizers
- Prepare hot and cold desserts
- Stock the alley and line with items needed for order completion
- Maintain proper food safety and sanitation standards
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of the work environment
- Assist in the preparation of all food items offered in the restaurant
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide exceptional service
