Job Duties
- Prepare, cook, and assemble all cold food items including salads, cold appetizers, and hot and cold desserts
- Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
- Stock the alley and line with required items to complete orders on time
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Monitor ingredient inventory and report shortages
