Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of relevant culinary or food preparation experience
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen tasks
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Prepare, cook, and assemble all cold food items including salads, cold appetizers, and hot and cold desserts
  • Prep and prepare all food items offered in the restaurant
  • Stock the alley and line with required items to complete orders on time
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Monitor ingredient inventory and report shortages
