- Previous experience working in a kitchen or food preparation environment

Job Duties
- Prepare, cook and assemble all cold food items including salads, cold appetizers and desserts
- Stock alley and line with items needed to complete orders on time
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are upheld
- Maintain clean, sanitized and safe restaurant environment
- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional guest service
- Assist in food prep and inventory management
- Follow all health and safety regulations
