Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Ability to perform measurement conversions accurately
- Proficient multitasking skills in a vibrant kitchen setting
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Capable of lifting at least 50 pounds
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to perform various physical tasks in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications

- At least one year of experience in a restaurant kitchen environment preferred
Job Duties
- Arrive punctually and maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness throughout shifts
- Prepare vegetables and cold food items according to strict guidelines for quality and presentation
- Complete closing duties efficiently, ensuring kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Uphold the highest standards of sanitation and food safety within the workspace
- Collaborate with team members to foster an environment of open communication
- Ensure all pantry items and supplies are stocked and ready for service
- Verify the quality and quantity of ingredients and items needed for the day’s service
- Accurately follow recipes and cooking methods to meet culinary standards
- Report any safety hazards or issues promptly to management
