Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in food production, manufacturing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a food production or food service environment
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and standards (FDA, USDA, OSHA, HACCP, GMP, etc.)
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environment
- ServSafe certification a plus

Job Duties
- Supervise daily operations to ensure timely and accurate production and flight catering
- Organize, schedule, and oversee shift staff to meet labor productivity targets and minimize overtime
- Conduct daily team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and safety reminders
- Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory and food safety standards, including FDA, USDA, OSHA, HACCP, and GMP
- Monitor safety performance and proactively address issues to maintain a safe work environment
- Identify, document, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of hourly employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Promote and uphold company values, policies, and management principles
- Track team performance and take corrective action when needed to meet production and safety goals
- Support and implement company-wide initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, HACCP, Quality Systems, and Employee Safety Programs
