This job involves high-energy work: you’ll be on your feet for up to 10-hour shifts, moving quickly to serve a steady rush of customers. You'll be interacting proactively and positively with customers, assisting them in navigating the menu and discovering new favorites. Teamwork is paramount, so supporting your crew through busy or challenging moments is part of the everyday rhythm. Physically, the job requires the ability to lift and carry items up to 65 lbs, work outdoors in various weather conditions (with company provided Dutch gear), and maintain a clean, safe workspace in line with food safety standards.
