Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food Handlers certification or willingness to obtain
- willingness to work flexible hours including mornings and weekends
- ability to stand for extended periods
- positive attitude and strong communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Food Handlers certification or willingness to obtain
- knowledge of coffee and tea is a plus
- prior customer service experience preferred but not required
- sense of humor and ability to engage meaningfully with guests and staff
Job Duties
- Greet guests with an excellent attitude and customer service experience
- craft quality coffee and tea drinks
- maintain cleanliness of the bar and lobby areas
- provide knowledgeable customer service that educates guests about the menu
- perform opening and closing tasks
- maintain cleanliness through daily and weekly cleaning jobs
- uphold the highest standards of food quality
