Job Requirements
- valid food handler's card
- previous barista experience
- knowledge of coffee brewing techniques
- familiarity with Square POS preferred
- strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food safety and proper handling procedures
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- ability to commute or relocate to San Francisco, CA 94158 before start date

Job Duties
- deliver outstanding hospitality and ensure every guest experience is warm, efficient, and memorable
- accurately take and input orders into the POS system
- prepare espresso beverages and other menu items to the highest quality and presentation standards
- maintain strong knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and brewing techniques to confidently answer guest questions and make recommendations
- operate espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and related equipment safely and efficiently
- maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment
- merchandise display food items attractively and according to brand standards
- follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols
- monitor inventory levels and restock supplies to support seamless daily operations
