As a Coffee Shop Barista, you will be responsible for reviewing and filling customer orders accurately and handling food safely to maintain the quality and freshness expected by Hy-Vee customers. The starting hourly wage ranges from $13.50 to $16.80 based on experience, reflecting Hy-Vee's competitive compensation practices.
