Job Requirements
- Must be able to perform medium work requiring exertion up to 50 pounds occasionally
- visual clarity at distances of more than 20 inches and less than 20 feet
- color vision, depth perception and field of vision required
- physical ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, finger, grasp, feel, talk, hear and perform repetitive motions
- reliable attendance and punctuality
- ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- willingness to work night and weekend shifts
Job Qualifications
- Less than high school education or equivalent experience
- six months or less of similar or related work experience
- ability to follow detailed but uninvolved instructions
- ability to do simple addition and subtraction
- ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions

Job Duties
- Provide prompt, efficient and friendly customer service
- smile and greet customers in a friendly manner
- learn customers' names and address them accordingly
- assist customers by escorting them to products, securing out-of-reach products, loading/unloading items, passing along suggestions
- answer the telephone and take customer orders
- take orders at the counter
- work as a team to ensure customer satisfaction
- handle food safely and maintain cleanliness
- review food freshness and prepare/replenish products
- check in product and manage inventory
- operate department registers and handle payments
- remove trash timely
- maintain personal hygiene and adhere to company policies
- report to work on time
- wash dishes
- order product and supplies
- price products
- assist in other store areas
- perform other related duties
