Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Basic understanding of cash handling procedures
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Capability to lift, bend, push, and pull as physical demands require
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Completion of Food Handling Certification
- Adherence to dress code policy
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Experience with cash management preferred
- Barista experience preferred but not mandatory
- Basic math skills and counting techniques
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Effective English communication skills and ability to follow culinary instructions
- Food Handling Certification required
- Compliance with dress code standards
Job Duties
- Handle cash and credit card transactions via register/POS system with accuracy
- Provide warm welcome and support to customers anticipating their needs
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to brand standards
- Cook and serve food items following establishment guidelines
- Balance and manage cash drawer, document transactions, and complete deposit procedures
- Adhere to Aramark's cash handling policies and procedures
- Organize and clean coffee bar and designated areas maintaining sanitation and order
- Supply beverage coolers, snacks, service items, and condiments
- Follow all health and safety protocols during food and beverage preparation
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
