Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service is preferred
Basic understanding of cash handling procedures
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Capability to lift, bend, push, and pull as physical demands require
Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
Completion of Food Handling Certification
Adherence to dress code policy

Job Qualifications

Previous customer service experience is an asset
Experience with cash management preferred
Barista experience preferred but not mandatory
Basic math skills and counting techniques
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Effective English communication skills and ability to follow culinary instructions
Food Handling Certification required
Compliance with dress code standards

Job Duties

Handle cash and credit card transactions via register/POS system with accuracy
Provide warm welcome and support to customers anticipating their needs
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to brand standards
Cook and serve food items following establishment guidelines
Balance and manage cash drawer, document transactions, and complete deposit procedures
Adhere to Aramark's cash handling policies and procedures
Organize and clean coffee bar and designated areas maintaining sanitation and order
Supply beverage coolers, snacks, service items, and condiments
Follow all health and safety protocols during food and beverage preparation
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
