Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must successfully complete a New Mexico Food Handlers Course upon hire
- Must be able to successfully pass a stringent background investigation
- Will require a pre-employment and random drug screening
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Preferred high school diploma, GED certification or equivalent
- Prior cash handling and customer service experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to make accurate transactions
- Ability to work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
- Ability to build relationships
- Maintains the highest standard of personal hygiene
Job Duties
- Maintains a focus on delivering ‘‘Far from Ordinary’’ service to all guests
- Assists customers with retail purchases and preparation of specialized beverages
- Communicates information to the restaurant manager about products and equipment needs in a timely manner
- Participates in daily stand-up meetings to ensure proper communication is understood
- Completes computer assisted training as required
- Maintains cleanliness, safety, and standards using sanitary tools when handling food items
- Follows operational policies and procedures for cash handling
- Maintains a clean and organized dining area free of debris
- Reports to work punctually and regularly according to the assigned schedule
- Builds relationships with guests based on respect while maintaining a professional, friendly, approachable demeanor
- Performs additional duties as requested
