Job Requirements
- Prior customer service experience is recommended
- History of handling cash is beneficial
- Barista experience is not required but recommended
- Basic understanding of math concepts and ability to count accurately
- Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
- Competence in English reading, communication, and following recipes
- Meeting food handling certification requirements
- Compliance with designated attire guidelines
- Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing or walking for extended periods
- Willingness to use personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary

Job Duties
- Expertly handle cash and credit card transactions through the operation of a register/POS system with precision
- Offer salutations and guidance to clients, anticipating their requirements to promote a positive interaction
- Implement the brand's protocols when crafting and delivering coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Adhere to the set standards of the facility when preparing and delivering food items to customers
- Prepare and maintain the cash register, complete the cashier's report, and handle bank transactions
- Comply with the cash handling protocols and rules established by Aramark
- Install and dismantle coffee bar, workstations, or retail space in a way that promotes cleanliness and structured arrangement
- Keep the work area clean and hygienic, making sure to sanitize equipment as needed
- Supply beverage coolers, convenient snacks, service items, and condiment options
- Ensure that all procedures for food and drink preparation adhere to health and safety regulations for sanitation purposes
- Be willing to handle any other tasks as mandated by managers
