Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service experience preferred
- basic math skills
- ability to operate POS/register system
- excellent communication skills in English
- food handling certification required
- physical ability to perform manual tasks
- willingness to follow company dress code and safety standards
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience is recommended
- a history of handling cash is beneficial
- basic understanding of math concepts and the ability to count accurately
- capacity to work independently with minimal supervision
- competence in English reading, communication, and recipe following
- meeting Food Handling Certification obligation
- adherence to designated attire guidelines
- physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing
- willingness to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Job Duties
- Expertly handle cash and credit card transactions through the operation of a register/POS system with precision
- offer salutations and guidance to clients, anticipating their requirements to promote a positive interaction
- implement the brand's protocols when crafting and delivering coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- adhere to the set standards of the facility when preparing and delivering food items to customers
- prepare and maintain the cash register, complete the cashier's report, and handle bank transactions
- comply with the cash handling protocols and rules established by Aramark
- install and dismantle coffee bar, workstations, or retail space in a way that promotes cleanliness and structured arrangement
- keep the work area clean and hygienic, making sure to sanitize equipment as needed
- supply beverage coolers, convenient snacks, service items, and condiment options
- ensure that all procedures for food and drink preparation adhere to health and safety regulations for sanitation purposes
- be willing to handle any other tasks as mandated by managers
