Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior customer service experience preferred
Basic math competency
Ability to work a full-time schedule
Food Handling Certification required
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull for extended periods
Willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) if required
Compliance with company dress code policies

Job Qualifications

Prior customer service experience recommended
Basic math skills and accurate counting ability
Ability to read English and follow verbal and written recipes
Food Handling Certification required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills in English
Understanding and compliance with dress code policies

Job Duties

Handle cash and credit card transactions through a register/POS system
Greet and assist customers, anticipating their needs to ensure a positive experience
Follow brand procedures for making and serving coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
Prepare and serve food items according to facility standards
Maintain the cash register, complete cashier's reports, and manage bank deposits
Set up and break down coffee bar, workstations, or retail spaces to ensure cleanliness and order
Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas to comply with health regulations
Stock beverage coolers, snacks, condiments, and service items
Adhere to food safety and sanitation policies
Perform additional tasks as directed by management
