Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Basic math competency
- Ability to work a full-time schedule
- Food Handling Certification required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull for extended periods
- Willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) if required
- Compliance with company dress code policies
Job Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience recommended
- Basic math skills and accurate counting ability
- Ability to read English and follow verbal and written recipes
- Food Handling Certification required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills in English
- Understanding and compliance with dress code policies
Job Duties
- Handle cash and credit card transactions through a register/POS system
- Greet and assist customers, anticipating their needs to ensure a positive experience
- Follow brand procedures for making and serving coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Prepare and serve food items according to facility standards
- Maintain the cash register, complete cashier's reports, and manage bank deposits
- Set up and break down coffee bar, workstations, or retail spaces to ensure cleanliness and order
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas to comply with health regulations
- Stock beverage coolers, snacks, condiments, and service items
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation policies
- Perform additional tasks as directed by management
