The Coffee Experience Associate role at Aramark is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, sociable environments and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. This full-time position requires team members to prepare food, craft specialty coffee and tea drinks, and engage positively with customers, creating memorable experiences. While prior barista experience is not mandatory, having customer service experience and the ability to handle cash transactions will be advantageous. The role demands attention to detail, a basic understanding of math for accurate counting, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Employees must be capable of following recipes accurately and communicating effectively in English.

Key responsibilities in this position include expertly operating the cash register or POS system, greeting and assisting customers proactively, and adhering to brand standards for food and beverage preparation. Associates are also responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within the workspace, ensuring that equipment is properly sanitized, and complying with health and safety regulations at all times. Physical demands of the job include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended periods of walking and standing, and possibly wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required. Wearing designated attire is mandatory to uphold company standards. Team members will also be entrusted with opening and closing the coffee bar or retail space, supplying beverage coolers, snacks, and condiments, and performing any additional duties as assigned by managers.
