Job Duties
- greet guests and enter their orders into the register
- tender payment accurately
- prepare all beverage and food orders according to guest requests and recipes
- operate all coffee shop machines and equipment
- maintain thorough knowledge of all product offerings and answer guest questions
- ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area
- provide friendly and prompt service to enhance the guest experience
