The Coffee Barista is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for customers by expertly preparing and serving beverage and food orders. This role involves greeting guests warmly, taking and processing orders accurately through the register, handling payments, and preparing all beverages and food items in accordance with established recipes and guest requests.

In addition to beverage and food preparation, Coffee Baristas are expected to operate all equipment used in the coffee shop efficiently and safely. They must possess thorough knowledge of the product offerings to answer any questions guests may have, ensuring an informed and enjoyable experience for all customers.
