Job Qualifications
- Ability to create uplifting interactions with customers
- skillful in working quickly and carefully with espresso, hot water, coffee, dairy, and flavored syrups
- comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- capacity to lift up to 50 lbs
- able to stand for hours while serving guests
- capable of using a ladder or stepladder
- ability to perform physical tasks such as stocking and preparing service areas
- competent in navigating safely between and around cars in the drive-thru lane
- skilled in using a utility knife safely
- flexibility in scheduling availability

- adherence to company procedures for time-off requests
- willingness to work on weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Engage with customers directly to confirm and personalize drink orders
- input orders accurately into the point-of-sale system
- process payments and provide receipts
- prepare all drinks to order maintaining quality and consistency
- maintain a sense of urgency and responsiveness to offer prompt service
- stay proactive and productive throughout shifts supporting guest service during quieter times
- foster personal connections with customers through genuine interactions and warm body language
- acquire in-depth knowledge of menu and beverage offerings
