We are currently seeking full-time Coffee Baristas to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting, fast-paced, and social work environment where employees can ignite their passion and pursue meaningful career paths. As a Coffee Barista at Aramark, you will be responsible for preparing specialty coffee drinks, assisting with food preparation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in alignment with the company's high standards. Your responsibilities will include operating the register or POS system to process transactions accurately, greeting and assisting customers proactively, and consistently meeting brand criteria in beverage and food preparation. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and work environment is critical, as well as complying with health and safety protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic experience for both staff and customers.

This position requires strong interpersonal skills, basic math proficiency, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Experience in customer service and cash handling is preferred but not mandatory, and obtaining a Food Handling Certification is required to maintain compliance with health standards. Physical demands may include standing for extended periods, lifting, bending, and other activities typical in a bustling hospitality setting.
