Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Basic proficiency in mathematics
- Food Handling Certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work full time
- Fluency in English
- Ability to stand and walk for long hours

Job Duties
- Manage register and POS system to process payments accurately
- Greet and assist customers, anticipating their needs
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to brand standards
- Prepare and present food items in compliance with location standards
- Maintain cash drawer order and complete cashier documentation
- Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures
- Clean and organize the coffee bar and designated areas regularly
- Sanitize equipment and maintain workplace cleanliness
- Stock beverage coolers, ready-to-eat items, and utensils
- Follow health and safety protocols during food and beverage preparation
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
