Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience
Experience handling cash transactions
Basic mathematics proficiency
Ability to work independently
Fluency in English language
Food Handling Certification or willingness to obtain
Compliance with dress code policy
Physical capability for job demands
Adherence to PPE guidelines

Job Qualifications

Previous customer service experience is an asset
Experience in cash handling is encouraged
Basic math skills and counting ability
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Fluency in English for reading, communication, and recipe comprehension
Food Handling Certification as per standards
Ability to follow dress code
Physical capability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for long periods
Willingness to use personal protective equipment (PPE)

Job Duties

Manage register and POS system to process payments accurately and efficiently
Greet customers and anticipate their needs to ensure a positive experience
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to brand standards
Prepare and present food items meeting location standards
Maintain cash drawer and complete cashier documentation
Follow cash handling policies and procedures
Clean and organize coffee bar and work area
Sanitize equipment and maintain cleanliness
Stock beverage coolers, utensils, and sauces
Comply with health and safety protocols in food and beverage preparation
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
