Job Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience

Job Duties

  • Manage register and POS system to process payments accurately and efficiently
  • Greet customers and anticipate their needs to ensure a positive experience
  • Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to brand standards
  • Prepare and present food items meeting location standards
  • Maintain cash drawer and complete cashier documentation
  • Follow cash handling policies and procedures
  • Clean and organize coffee bar and work area
  • Sanitize equipment and maintain cleanliness
  • Stock beverage coolers, utensils, and sauces
  • Comply with health and safety protocols in food and beverage preparation
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
